PEDCO – Managed Process Services implements a process framework inspired by the Scaled Agile Framework. We defined the needed roles, activities, milestones and phases in order to bring such a framework to life; including metrics and tailoring.
This solution has the advantage that teams can adapt to agile in some projects, while other projects can choose to work with other life cycles. Examples of other life cycles are V-Model, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), iterative or waterfall. Synchronization of projects is achieved with the Agile Release Train, as proposed by Dean Leffingwell.
