In February 2022, we held a remote partner training session on Applied SAFe Quality Management. This special session for our DACH-Partners was held in German. We had several partners attending this 2-day training session on becoming a Certified Quality Manager of Applied SAFe.

The Applied SAFe® Quality Management course is a 2-day course where you will gain the knowledge needed to lead the integration, adoption, and extension of Applied SAFe within your company. You will learn how to structure your workspace hierarchy, and your process model to be able to define different implementation strategies as supported by Applied SAFe.
It was really great to see how much time was invested by our partners to learn about Applied SAFe and to discuss with us their thoughts, concerns, and insights into the topic.
Again, as in the last partner training, we had several SPCT’s attending and it was impressive, to discuss at such a high level of SAFe Engineering. It was really a pleasure to dive deep into topics like how to deal with requirements in regulated environments, and for example, when and which milestones are relevant and how some of them should be changed.
It was an honour for us and we are impressed by the deep SAFe knowledge!
Our partner, KEGON Germany, sent 3 of their employees to learn more about Applied SAFe and become a Quality Manager. KEGON Germany was founded in 2002 and offers strategic business consulting, agile coaching and training.
Secondly, KEGON Switzerland sent 5 of their consultants, KEGON Switzerland is the Swiss Branch of KEGON.
Third, our partner Kugler Maag attended. Kugler Maag is an international management consulting company, helping firms in the automotive industry to translate their ideas and innovative solutions into technology on four wheels. Their specialty is electronics development and to share and foster software know-how on a variety of levels.
Fourth, SVA attended the training. SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH is one of the leading German system integrators. The company, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, was founded in 1997 and today employs more than 2,300 people at 26 locations in Germany.
Last, but definitely not least, a few of our own from PEDCO attended as well.
All participants learning about the intricate details of Applied SAFe.
We all had a great time talking, laughing, discussing, and brainstorming about Applied SAFe, being agile, our partnership, and how to further explore SAFe implementations in complex environments.
PEDCO’s Applied SAFe Partners are companies that believe in agility at scale to successfully transform organizations towards a Lean-Agile culture. They have developed significant expertise in supporting large enterprises including companies within regulated environments through every phase of a Lean-Agile transformation.
We would like to welcome the new Quality Managers of Applied SAFe:
We have Partner training like this on a regular basis. The next one will be in English (stay tuned for the date and time) and will be announced on our blog and on social media. Training in French is also possible on request.
