Agile methods are becoming more and more established and are now also used on a large scale in hardware and regulated environments.

Join our tutorial about ‘Scaled agility in regulated environments’ at AGILE @ HARDWARE.

Peter Pedross, CEO & Founder of PEDCO, will held a tutorial about scaled agility in regulated environments. In this 3:30 hour session we will cover many topics and also discuss specific possible practices in order to overcome some typical obstacles.

Prior to this upcoming tutorial, we have held a webinar together with our Applied SAFe transformation partner Co-Improve. Among other things, Co-Improve specializes in agile hardware consulting. In this past webinar we briefly addressed the following questions:

  • Where do agile methods come from?
  • Where to meet agile methods?
  • What is scaled agility?
  • What does it take to implement scaled agility in a regulated environment, e.g. in compliance with A-Spice?

Language: German, Slidedeck

This webinar is held prior to the Agile@Hardware conference which will take place in Frankfurt on 24/25 September 2018. You can download the slidedeck here.
