In February 2022, we held a remote partner training session on Applied SAFe Quality Management. This special session for our DACH-Partners was held in German. We had several partners attending this 2-day training session on becoming a Certified Quality Manager of Applied SAFe.
The Applied SAFe® Quality Management course is a 2-day course where you will gain the knowledge needed to lead the integration, adoption, and extension of Applied SAFe within your company. You will learn how to structure your workspace hierarchy, and your process model to be able to define different implementation strategies as supported by Applied SAFe.
It was really great to see how much time was invested by our partners to learn about Applied SAFe and to discuss with us their thoughts, concerns, and insights into the topic.
Again, as in the last partner training, we had several SPCT’s attending and it was impressive, to discuss at such a high level of SAFe Engineering. It was really a pleasure to dive deep into topics like how to deal with requirements in regulated environments, and for example, when and which milestones are relevant and how some of them should be changed.
It was an honour for us and we are impressed by the deep SAFe knowledge!
