Your Mission

As PEDCO’s Representative for the Middle East, you will:

  • Be PEDCO’s Strategic Partner in the Region: Promote and represent PEDCO’s offerings—Applied SAFe, AuditPro, and our AI Companion—across the region.
  • Develop Market Presence: Connect with prospective clients, attend industry events, and expand awareness of PEDCO’s solutions.
  • Advise and Support Clients: Guide organizations on integrating agile compliance, lean principles, and digital transformation in highly regulated environments.
  • Collaborate with PEDCO: Work alongside our global team to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Established Network: You have strong relationships in relevant industries, such as finance, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or other regulated sectors.
  • Experience with Agile & Lean: Familiarity with agility at scale, process improvement, or compliance-driven transformations is a plus.
  • Independent & Entrepreneurial: You thrive on taking ownership, building new client relationships, and growing a market.
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic or other local languages are beneficial), with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Cultural Competence: Capable of bridging cultural differences and adapting to diverse business environments in the Middle East.
