Meet Peter Pedross and Stefan Küffer at the Stages Insights Europe in Nuernberg, March 17th and 18th, and get the latest news on Applied SAFe 4.0 which just has been approved by Scaled Agile Inc. for release.

The Conference in Fuerth

Stages Insights 2016 will take place on March 17th and is the expert platform covering complex product development processes. Participants will learn how to implement their product development processes in practice rather than merely creating process theory. Method Park customers will present their process implementations and showcase how Stages is being applied to successfully support their business goals.

Stages Insights 2016:

  • Experience with Stages in use
  • View to the Stages Roadmap
  • Trends & news around processes:
    • The Stages method
    • Complexity in engineering
    • The Internet of Things
  • Expert  discussions in the Consulting Café
  • Experience exchange and Networking

Last time participants from companies like Audi, BMW, Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, Carmeq, Continental Automotive, Dräger Medical, ebm papst, Gigatronik, Harman, Hella, Hilti, IAV, Knorr Bremse, Leopold Kostal, Magna Steyr, NewTec, Robert Bosch, Siemens, Thales Transportation and ZF Friedrichshafen attended the conference.

The Workshop in Erlangen

For more than 10 years Method Park and its customers have gathered experiences in hundreds of projects and developed strategies for effective process management. We have found solutions to avoid processes that are disconnected from reality and the business goals of the organization.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Stages Method Overview & Goals
  • Process Analysis and Process Architecture
  • Process Management Organization
  • Process Definition Workflow and Modeling Guidelines
  • Compliance Management
  • Pilot and Rollout
  • Metric Monitoring

Meet Peter and Stefan

Applied SAFe 4.0 has just been approved by Scaled Agile Inc, the owner of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This new release enables scaled agility for large and complex product lines and development organizations in software end systems engineering including regulatory compliance if needed.

Applied SAFe 4.0 is the first and only implementation of SAFe 4.0 as a comprehensive, executable process model realized with Stages from MethodPark. Applied SAFe® can further include and ensure compliance with various reference models like Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, CMMI, AS9100, CTR-180 (FDA), ISO9000  or your own company specific reference models.

Call for Contribution: Discuss and explore the features of Applied SAFe 4.0 to gain agile benefits for your engineering area. We are looking for an Automotive show case that combines scaled agility in a regulatory-driven development environment (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262) by using Applied SAFe 4.0. The lessons-learned will be presented at the next Agile in Automotive conference at Stuttgart in November 2016.
