Zurich, Switzerland. – As of today, PEDCO announces the partnership with CO-Improve www.co-improve.com. CO-Improve is a management consulting company specialized on agile development of physical products.

PEDCO and CO-Improve will work together in fostering the growing numbers of Applied SAFe customers; where PEDCO delivers its own product Applied SAFe® and CO-Improve with its more than 20 years of experience delivers management consulting, change management and agile coaching in order to bring the Scaled Agile Framework to live at Applied SAFe customers.

CO-Improve is specialized in taking product development in the manufacturing industries to the next level. The customer base is mainly automotive, off-highway vehicles, mechanical engineering, and electronics. With this huge experience, CO-Improve focused on implementing agile development for complex physical products including implementing SAFe. CO-Improve’s USP is the combination of agile and product development expertise, industry focus and change management competence. All CO-Improve’s consultants are certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) and also trained to use and coach Applied SAFe.
