We have been implementing SAFe since version 2.5 in 2013 and can even show metrics on the change and grow rates. Being one of the earliest adopters of SAFe (the first partner company of Scaled Agile Inc.) has allowed us to collect a rich set of experiences all around the world in different industries with different organizations. The Founder
Peter Pedross is the Founder of PEDCO and the Creator of Applied SAFe. He is a Certified Consultant in the “Scaled Agile Framework” since 2012 as well as in “Disciplined Agile Delivery”, and has a Diploma in Quality Management from EFQA. Peter was in the first ever SAFe class held in Switzerland with Dean Leffingwell as his trainer. Peter Pedross has experience in agile practices (XP) since 1999. In the course of his career, he has authored publications and given lectures on the topics of Agile, DevOps, Scaled Agility in Regulated Environments, Architecture, Process
He has over 30 years’ experience in software development. As the architect of the process framework of one of the leading Swiss financial institutions, he was responsible for the entire set of life-cycles (including agile), processes, methods, and tools used. This process framework was then used over the years by hundreds of projects around the world, and continually improved.
Peter Pedross is the President of the board for Computer Science at the Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ), he is also a member of the board at SAQ. Peter Pedross also leads the Non-Profit special interest group on scaling agility in Switzerland.

Internationally minded professional. Grew up in Brazil, studied in Switzerland and France, and with work experience in EMEA and APAC.

As Chief Product Officer (and equity partner) I’m leading product strategy, product management and technology/engineering for the next generation audit and compliance solutions.
Stefan has over 30 years of experience in software, systems and product development in manufacturing, logistics, and large financial institutes. He started as a mechanical engineer for grouting systems, software engineer for object-oriented technologies and launched and led a strategic IT project to establish an enterprise-wide service-oriented infrastructure.
At a large financial institute, he was a key driver in the successful realization of the innovative Java Application Platform (JAP) from a technology infrastructure bundle to a widely accepted global service offering. Later, Stefan took over responsibility for the unit Solution Delivery Process & Tool Integration where he provided an integrated ALM Tool Chain that complied to CMMI Level-3 maturity. Eventually, he was Global Head for Project, Process & Quality Management.
In between, Stefan co-founded a consulting company covering project management, technology management and architecture in industries like Automotive, Aviation, Healthcare, and Insurance.
He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of Brugg-Windisch (CH) and a Swiss federal diploma in Business IT and Project Management. He successfully finished the MBA Program in International Supply Chain Management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).
Stefan is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and was Conference Board Member for the successful launch of the International Product Management Festival and the Swiss Agile Leadership Day.
Dr. Angelina Birchler is a Member of the Board at PEDCO and is also a Professional Psychologist for Psychotherapy FSP. She has a degree in Psychology and a Doctorate degree from the University of Zurich. She is a Research Associate at the Centre for Chronobiology Psychiatric University Clinics Basel and has permanent positions as a clinical psychologist, somnologist, neuropsychologist at various psychiatric institutions.
Dr. Angelina Birchler has published 6 Medical Studies focusing on sleep and neuropsychology. She is also a speaker at conferences all around the world in regards to sleep psychology.

Sheila Schultz is an enthusiastic and driven leader recognized for leading highly technical teams, developing and guiding activities to realize vision, and delivering results with excellence. She has been effective in building, growing, and transforming groups and processes in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced environments. Sheila is a people and team focused partner who drives positive energy and a sense of community.
Sheila has over 30 years of experience in the automotive and defense industries. Her multifaceted career includes experience as a Thermal Engineer, Vehicle Systems Engineer, and System Safety Engineer. In recent years, she served as an Engineering Leader for System Safety, Systems Engineering/Knowledge Management, and Defense Advanced System Integration. As part of her experience, she built teams and propelled consistent/agile applications of Systems Engineering and IT tools. This involved driving Systems Engineering SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) while fostering process alignment and agile principles. Sheila led the development and implementation of a Systems Engineering requirements management process and IT tool chain for improved requirements connectivity.
Sheila is currently focusing on leading and driving agile approaches more broadly. She strives to enable businesses to positively transform through practical implementation and acceleration of Applied SAFe®.
Roberto Argento is a seasoned advisor, transformation consultant, and strategic change agent with more than three decades of experience in driving business agility and innovation. In his role as PEDCO’s representative across Brazil and Latin America, certified Applied SAFe Quality Manager —and as CEO of ValueFlow—he empowers organizations to realize transformative results through Lean and Agile methodologies.
Throughout his extensive career, Roberto has held leadership positions at Scaled Agile Inc., IBM, Accenture, and CA Technologies, consistently focusing on enterprise innovation and digital transformation. He is a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant, currently pursuing his SPCT certification, and holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced IT and Business Management from the University of Wales, along with an MBA from Ibmec.
Fluent in four languages, Roberto frequently serves as a speaker, guest lecturer, and author, sharing insights on topics such as risk mitigation in the software delivery lifecycle—most notably in his publication, Lowering Business Costs: Mitigating Risk in the Software Delivery Lifecycle.

Alexandre Couto is a representative for PEDCO in Brazil, bringing deep expertise in Lean-Agile transformations and enterprise-scale process improvement. Marsha Xue is a passionate partner driving the development of PEDCO Applied SAFe® in China, facilitating agile transformation of the company’s business, adoption of lean principles, regulatory compliance, and a consistent understanding of agile frameworks at scale. We are a partner in driving process alignment, lean Agile principles, and the effective adoption and implementation of Applied SAFe®. We provide training, consulting and technical services to our clients to transform and improve performance, helping them to win in the big wave of digitalization and AI.
Marsha is the SAFe SPCT, guided organizations to scale Lean-Agile practices for successful organization change and digital transformation. She built the SAFe and business agility community in Great China. With years of business development experience, she is very familiar with the Chinese market and is PEDCO’s right-hand man in this region.
Marsha is also a Six Sigma Black Belt,CMMI internal appraiser and internal auditor of ISO 9001/27001 etc.. all of those experiences will be valuable capabilities to support PEDCO’s customers in China
Marsha has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, IBM, Nokia, Bluem, Symantec, Philips, Thoughtworks, etc., where she served as Senior General Manager of R&D, Senior Manager of Global Public Relationship, Senior Director of Product Development, Head of Lean-Agile Transformation, and Global Delivery Executive
Harri Lehti is an Advisor, New Technologies Evangelist, and Sales leader based in Finland. As PEDCO’s key representative for the Scandinavian market, he spearheads the adoption of solutions like Applied SAFe® and AuditPRo, helping organizations enhance agility and regulatory compliance. He is also the Founder and CEO of HTM°Solutions, delivering cutting-edge thermal monitoring solutions for occupational health, sports, medical, and smart building sectors.
With over 20 years of leadership experience—including roles at IBM, Fujitsu-Siemens, and Lenovo, plus founding six successful software startups—Harri specializes in business transformation, emerging technology innovation, agile leadership, enterprise software solutions, and market expansion in Scandinavia and beyond.
Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, he is fluent in Finnish, English, Swedish, and German. Driven by a passion for collaboration and continuous learning, Harri is dedicated to enabling organizational agility, pioneering new technologies, and exploring untapped market opportunities. Harri is also a certified Applied SAFe Quality Manager.
