As you may have seen we have been busy these past few months creating new materials and going to conferences all around the world!

In the past 6 months, we attended conferences in The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and the USA! We met with great organizations in various industries and we look forward to continuing those conversations! We have created new content for you from brochures to webinars to additional videos. Don’t worry, there is still more to come!

Conferences we went to thus far:

Earlier this year we were at the Process Insights in Nuremberg, Germany. The conference was hosted by our Partner, Method Park. We had a great time discussing topics such as, Autonomy, Agility in Processes, and even Work 4.0. Read our full roundup here!

The second conference we were at was the European SAFe Summit, hosted by Scaled Agile Inc. in The Hague, Netherlands. This is a must-attend event for individuals relying on SAFe to drive better business outcomes for their customer or employer. Next, we were at MedTecLIVE in Nuremberg, Germany. Here we met with leading manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of Medical Devices and discovered the latest product innovations from all over the world. Lastly, Peter Pedross, Founder and CEO of PEDCO, spoke at Agile & Beyond in Detroit, Michigan. His speech was on the topic of “Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps in Scaled Agility”. Read more about the conference and his topic here.

Ken helps large-scale organizations adopt iterative and incremental development practices such as Agile & SAFe. He fosters constructive culture change and leadership enablement and is focused on evolving Portfolio and Program Management & Governance processes. Much of his career has been spent directly coaching Agile teams and their management chain on how to drive the change necessary to become successful at the enterprise level. As Vice President of Scaled Agility and SAFe Fellow, Ken helps develop and implement corporate strategy, provides executive-level coaching for clients, and works with his team to ensure overall Client Success.

Scott Frost is a SAFe® Fellow, SPCT & Global Enterprise Business Agility Coach. He leads the Accenture|SolutionsIQ Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) program working closely with Scaled Agile, Inc. and Accenture to develop our scaling platforms for employees and our customers. Scott brings Lean-Agile transformations beyond academic discussion into real-world implementation success stories.

He has 30 years of industry experience with 20 years in traditional IT global delivery in large-scale portfolios from coder to executive roles and 10 years in consulting dedicated to business agility. He has worked in many industries including Global Resources/Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Supply Chain Services and Health Care.

Scott is also an Advisory Board member at Univ. of Texas at Dallas (Center for Intelligent Supply Networks) and speaks locally and globally on Business Agility, Transformation Services, and Lean-Agile Best Practice. Scott holds a degree in Music and a Master’s of Science in Total Quality Management (TQM).
