PEDCO’s Global Training on “Quality in the Age of AI” 

ZURICH, Switzerland – In an era where artificial intelligence is reshaping the business landscape, PEDCO has taken a bold step to ensure quality and compliance remain at the forefront of agile transformations. Over the course of four half-day sessions—spanning multiple time zones and uniting participants from China, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Brazil, and the United States—PEDCO and its partners delved deep into the company’s new approach to quality management, fueled by AI-driven insights.

The event, officially under the tag line “Quality in the Age of AI,” served as a comprehensive global training session that spotlighted the PEDCO Suite consisting of PEDCO AuditPro®, AI Companion, and PEDCO Applied SAFe®. Traditionally a two-day, in-person course, this recent iteration was adapted into an extended virtual format to accommodate participants from around the world. The certification on — Applied SAFe Quality Manager —equips quality professionals with the expertise to guide organizations through scaling agile frameworks while rigorously maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.

“Adopting agile on a global scale can be daunting, especially in regulated environments,” said one participant. “With Applied SAFe, we learned how to structure process architectures and tailor processes to meet various implementation strategies. The focus on AI-backed tools ensures we’re future-proofing quality management and compliance.”

Attendees engaged in interactive discussions, breakout sessions, and hands-on exercises designed to illustrate how PEDCO’s solutions can streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ample time was also spent brainstorming new approaches to address compliance with AI, reflecting on the challenges of regulated environments, and sharing experiences of integrating advanced AI capabilities into existing quality protocols.

Beyond the formal curriculum, the online sessions provided an opportunity for global colleagues to connect on a personal level. Between the lively debates and problem-solving workshops, there was plenty of virtual camaraderie—complete with laughter, international snacks, and a shared optimism about the role of AI in shaping the future of agile organizations.
