Purpose

Defining, establishing, monitoring, operating and improving the process frameworks for our clients.

Tasks

  • Analysing the customer’s requirements along the customer’s processes.
  • Identifying the deficits and risks, and introducing appropriate measures.
  • Documentation and preparation of processes in a way suited to the target group.
  • Ensuring compliance of the processes.
  • Producing metrics to measure compliance and the success of the processes.
  • Depending on your interests you can also take on the training and coaching for the processes that have been set up.

Required Skills and Knowledge

You are a self-reliant, focused and pragmatic personality with good presentation skills and excellent analytical skills. You bring with you the following experience to perform this complex assignment:

  • Several years’ experience in the field of process management (analysis, design, institutionalization, and supervision).
  • Experience of procedural models such as Agile (Scrum or similar), Scaled Agility (SAFe), Unified Process, Iterative, Waterfall, V-Model, etc.
  • Experience in at least one of the following regulatory fields: FED, FINMA, and the FDA, or in standards such as CMMI, SPICE or ISO 9000.
  • Experience of or willingness to publish in specialist journals or give talks at national and international conferences.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English to a level of being confident in terms of style and in negotiations, and at least spoken German.

Where you will be working?

This position (80-100%) is based at your home office in Zurich, you can also work part-time in your home office. Our corporate headquarters and training center is in Zurich, Switzerland. Some short time travel is required for conferences and (rarely) to special events.

Purpose

As a Process Coach you are the on-site contact person for our clients. You ensure the optimal integration and application of products (Applied SAFe),  processes and process frameworks that have been developed by PEDCO for our clients.

Tasks

  • Coordination and institutionalization of our deliverables at the customer’s company and site.
  • Training of the departments concerned in the optimal application of the processes and in the correct usage and interpretation of applied metrics.
  • Coaching of teams in the initialization phase, as well as in the solution of concrete problems during the application of the processes.
  • Perform the final acceptance of the institutionalization of the processes and the process compliance together with the client.

Required Skills and Knowledge

You are a self-reliant, focused and pragmatic personality with good presentation skills and excellent analytical skills. You bring with you the following experience to perform this complex assignment:

  • Several years’ experience in coaching and training.
  • Broad-based experience of various coaching techniques and their application.
  • Several years’ experience in the field of process management.
  • Experience in current procedural models such as Agile (Scrum or similar), Scaled Agility (SAFe), Unified Process, Iterative, Waterfall, V-Model, etc.
  • Experience in at least one of the following regulatory fields: FED, FINMA, and the FDA, or in standards such as CMMI, SPICE or ISO 9000.
  • Experience of or willingness to publish in specialist journals or give talks at national and international conferences.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written business English. Confident in terms of style and in negotiations. Able to speak German.

This position (60-100%) is based at your home office and should be based in Europe or the US. Our corporate headquarters and training center is in Zurich, Switzerland. Some short time travel is required for conferences and events.
